With over 16 years of experience in the beauty and Permanent Makeup industry, Winnie Hai Yen is a respected PMU Master, educator and industry professional known for her expertise in eyebrow artistry, professional training and beauty aesthetics.
As the Founder and Director of Winnie Beauty Academy, Winnie has dedicated years to mastering advanced PMU techniques while sharing her knowledge with professional artists through education and mentorship.
She has served as a professional judge, senior advisor and competition organizer for major PMU competitions in Vietnam and internationally — one of five national professional judges at WorldSkills Vietnam 2018, and Head of the Organizing Committee for the international INCA PMU Competition in Vietnam in 2023 and 2025.
Her achievements include recognition from Vietnam’s Directorate of Vocational Education and Training, and being named among the Top 10 Artists recognized for contributions to Vietnam’s PMU industry in 2021. She has spoken on Feng Shui eyebrow design before an audience of more than 1,200 PMU professionals.
